Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server.

Hi!
I'm using 8.ta network for my outlook e-mails. On Sunday I used it & it worked perfectly, but on Monday I started getting the below error message when I do test on my account. The smtp I'm using is smtp.saix.net & it's not working. Anyone who can help please do so. I'm using Windows 7 Enterprise.

Send test e-mail message: Outlook cannot connect to your outgoing (SMTP) e-mail server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
