hiii i am having a project where we are suppose to build 8085 microprocessor using 8051 micro controller. can anyone guide me thru it ... its very confusing...
thank u for replying.. we have been asked to show the working of 8085 on 8051.. meaning if u download any program on 8051 the whole kit should work like a 8085 kit would respond to it.

For what is supposed to be your answer to all the requests for clarification you've received about your first post, this is spectacularly unclear.
What is "a 8085 kit" supposed to be? What is "any program"?
Again: "we have been asked to show the working of 8085 on 8051"
So it is expected that you should do this project.
As a first step, clearly, you will need to know "the working" of the 8085.
You will also, obviously, need to know "the working" of the 8051 - and how to program it.
Together, that will equip you to fulfil your task.
if you are required to emulate I/O and interrupts I do believe you are totally hosed, if not I guess you may have 1k or so left for the 8085 code you are to execute.
