Error:can't execute 'BIN31\ArmCC'

Hey!
- Yes,I have C:\Keil\ARM\BIN31\armcc.exe file but wen i click on the armcc.exe file,it shows PROBLEM :APP CRASH

-Yes I installed all the tools in C:\Keil

-Actually I got this CD with the LPC2468 board,in the kit itself hence installed the uv 3 version.
But if that is a problem pls suggest I can install a newer version fr sure.
