LPC1113 Jlink "FLASH DOWNLOAD FAILED"

Hi everyone

I design a board with LPC1113. I use Keil and J-link, when I try to download code It gives error
"Flash Timeout. Reset the Target and try it again"
"Error: Flash Download failed - "Cortex - M0"

and it writes in build output window "Erase Failed".

1. I can debug my board with IAR without porblem.
2. I can debug the LPCexpresso board for LPC1343 with keil.
3. My board has use internal oscilattor.

Can any one help me ?
