Debugging very slowly

Hi,

I need help with the degugging on my uVision 4.x. 99% of all debugging sessions are very slowly. For a single step it take sometimes up to 10s. I have seen that it could work very quick (1% of all sessions). Could the pc / laptop have a problem? Can I change any settings?
