ST Link: Flash download failed

Hi,

I am using a stm32F100RB microcontroller, on the stm32vldiscovery board.
On Keil when I try to load it I got those error windows:

*** -> ST linkIII Keil - Internal command error

*** -> uvision - Error Flash download failed - Target has been cancelled

I have checked the configuration of keil, and I have reinstall the firmware of st link but still got this error.

I ve tried targetting this device using atollic true studio too, but I got the following error message:

*** -> error in initialising st-link device

Anyone know how I can resolve it?
