Problems about uVision 2

I'm using Keil uVision 2 for modify a firmare for my Cypress Fx2.

I've read the help online guide, but i don't resolve my problems.

In particular, when i try to modify something (for example, the endpoint's configuration), i rebuild the project, then i copy the hex file into the FX2 Ram, but anything occurs, as i never modify my firmware.

How can i resolve my problem?
