is it possible to convert 60 hz to 220 V 50 hz with a computer? any one have any circuit diagram and code? or any document or link about this conversion??
I would assume you want an inverter. Convert the AC to DC then convert the DC to AC at the new frequency. An if the question is can a microcontroller be use the control the output of the Inverter the answer is yes.
