3k down and 3 days later; the licensing server is down? I tried several browsers using several ISPs. I can only hope this part of the server is (very) temporarily down for maintanance. Anyone else run into this problem lately?
Unfortunately, you are right. The license server is down. This issue should be solved in a few hours. ARM IT is working on that with highest priority. Please try again in a few hours.

I hope that Keil will consider implementing a backup server to support their customers in such case.
