Trying to get started with the EPM900 programmer/emulator as a debugger in my project.
When I connect the device, it can not find a suitable device driver and simple becomes an "Unknown device". I presume that I will need a working drive before this can work with uVision?
I am using Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit.

... the EPM900 is a serial 232 device.
many (most?) USB to serial converters are not worth a penny.
the only ones where no problems have been reportrd is the FTDI brand

This is a USB device (mines on a blue pcb, version 2.0), maybe there were older versions that were serial?
Hmm, works on a 32-bit Windows XP machine. Are these not compatible with 64-bit versions of Windows?
