No register update when using J-Link with Cortex M0

Hi,

I use a Segger J-Link to connect to an ARM Cortex M0 (LPC1114) from within µVision 4.10 (JL2CM3.dll v2.0, JLinkARM.dll V4.15n)

I can connect to the LPC as well as I'm able to download and step through the code. However, when switching to the Registers Window all registers are set to 0x0.
I tried the same with an M3 (LPC1343) where all registers are displayed correctly. Any ideas?
