89c51 communication problem

hi I'm using p89c51rd2xx micro controller to run my small programs but I'm facing problem to communicate with micro controller through my PC. I'm using flash magic software to burn my micro controller.but every time it says that "unable to communicate please chesk the baud rate i set baud rate at 9600 & I'm using com port1
to solve this problem i changed IC to 89v51rd2xx but still i'm facing same problem
i changed max232 IC also but problem remain same what should i do? please help me
