It's actually your problem - you just don't get any help while shouting, since people don't read your posts.
When you meet a group of unknown persons in an unknown city - do you start by shouting at them when asking for help, or do you do your best to fit in? In some neighbourhoods, shouting might get you a knife where you don't want one. But maybe you're a fighter?
