Hex code addressing Problem

Dear Sir,
I used AT89C2051 controller having 2KB of memory.
Programme written in C language. When i generate the HEX code, this is out side the memory area. I choose the proper IC from the project option.

Can any one suggest me?

You are using the free Evaluation Version, and you didn't bother to read the Limitations: http://www.keil.com/demo/limits.asp

Is it possible to generate the hex code from 0100H memory location using the professional version "PK51"?

yes, however, you better start at 0 for the vectors
