Bad Block Management in RL-Flash FS

Does anybody know if RL-Flash FS supports Bad Block Management? If so what algorithm.

Secondly I have a requirement to program the NAND Flash in the field. So for sure I cannot use the Pre-Programming of NAND Flash. Any pointers on In Application Programming of NAND Flash which can deal with Bad Blocks.
