i must have an intelligent battery charger for protable welder. there is a translated copy from a chinese document which i found in my friends computer. i like this circuit personally so i translate it and want it shared for open source. we will make in keil and want to give source code. we must make it high level and have comment. he said we must put all files in a package testing with poteus and project document with schematic diagram s any suggestion will be welcomed .
1) Why do you feel that you have to tag your text as source code? Did you see other posts doing the same?
2) What is the origin of this chinese document? Just finding a document doesn't make it ok to translate it and publish.
3) You "must have" an intelligent battery charger. The normally best way to handle "must have" is to buy. If you feel that you must design yourself, then write that.
4) Exactly what/how are we expected to comment? We don't know the text from that chinese document you found in your friends computer. By the way - how did it end up in your friends computer? And how come you scanned through his computer looking for it? We also don't know about your current skill levels, or what processor or what schematics or the actual requirements of your "must have" charger. There are thousands upon thousands of different charger designs out there, all suitable for different types of batteries, different uses, different current ranges etc.
