POP3 Client from RL-TCPnet

What do you mean by "support" here?

It seems clear from the description that RL-TCPnet does not provide a ready-made POP3 Client:

But that doesn't mean that it can't support one that you provide yourself...

These protocols are all Layered: so you would build the POP3 layer upon the TCP and IP "foundations" provided in RL-TCPnet - or any other TCP/IP stack, for that matter...
