how to get FlashDev information from flash programming algorithm?

I am writing a driver dll like ulink, i don't know how ulink dll get FlashDev information of flash programming algorithm, for example:
Dialog(Add Flash Programming Algorithm) shows information about Description, Device Type, Device Size, how does ulink dll get these information from *.FLX or *.FLM?
