Seperate Hex file creation

HI

i m using 80c52 with external ROM for my project. I hve three external ROM with adress
ROM 1 0x0000 to 0x1FFF
ROM 2 0x2000 to 0x3FFF
ROM 3 0x4000 to 0x5FFF

Now i need to burn my code on these three ROM
for which i think i need three seperate HEX files
Can anyone tell me how can i do it
