i m using 80c52 with external ROM for my project. I hve three external ROM with adress ROM 1 0x0000 to 0x1FFF ROM 2 0x2000 to 0x3FFF ROM 3 0x4000 to 0x5FFF
Now i need to burn my code on these three ROM for which i think i need three seperate HEX files Can anyone tell me how can i do it

Look for Windows binaries. You should be interested in the srec_cat.exe program. It can do HEX file splitting, among other things.

Embedded development is not easy; it does require commitment, attention to detail, and a good deal of study.
If that's not for you, then you can pay someone else to do it for you.
Check the manual for your PROM programmer - it may well be that the programmer (or its software) can do the "split" for you...

srecord is a true *** to figure out for just one app; however, once you get the drift of it you will come back more often and eventually get the hang of it.
srecord is very powerful
