Blinky example

I am a beginner in microprocessors and I am using STR912FAW44 (an arm 9 based board). While trying to run the Blinky example (using uvision3), I get the error 'No CPU dll specified'.
What kind of dll do I have to specify here?
I am using a ULINK jtag.
