Why not just use a cable between the two USB [thingies]?

If one is master and one is slave, and the master has the correct software, then a cable should be enough, unless you need a repeater because of large distances.

If the two are masters, then they are not intended to talk with each other. Same of the two are devices.

So, instead of settling for the non-descriptive subject "PLz Help", I think you will have to sit down and actually write down exactly what problem you have, and why you need a solution for the problem. Yes, I know. Tough work to have to describe your problem...

I want to make a Minor Project in which i want to copy data from one USB to another USB by using Microcontroller

But i dont hav any idea about this...

I dont know which MC should be used.

One must be a Host or USB On The Go

yes one is Host.
