Firmware upgrade of STM32F102 using USB DFU

I am getting confused about the possibility to make firmware upgrade using the USB DFU with the STM32F102 - I find it not very clear in the documentation of ST.
Does anybody already performed such an operation and if yes, how did you proceed ?
