LIC or PSN

Hello, i have a problem the version of uvision4 and i want to to download the update.But to download the update they ask me for a number-LIC or PSN.What is this number and where can i find it??
And something more.In my project i want to make a project with AT8951AC2 but the program has only AT8951AC3.How can i have the one i want?
