users programm with bootloader problem

I use the bootloader an10744. In the user's program I use updated example HTTP_upload. When in the user's program I declare global array more than 3000 byts at file loading on a server the program hangs up. If to write a user's code without the bootloader all works perfectly. Where I am wrong? (LPC2378)
