My error is same as thread 9407 but as no solution was made avilable, i am repeating the problem again. The device is overclocked and runs unstable due to wrong PLL divisor value so is it possible to recover it We tried Flash Magic and we have also tried erase with uvision none of these work.

Did you activate the higher levels of copy-protection in the chip?
If not, then it is enough to activate the EINT0 signal and while releasing the reset line. Then the chip will stay in the boot loader and FlashMagic can perform a full reset.
