Build error LPC2148

hi,
I hav downloaded LPC2148 USB HID sample program from Keil for my MCB2140 boards. When I tried to build the project I am getting an error "--- Error: can't execute 'C:\Keil\ARM\BIN\AA'"

I havn't changed any of the projec settings.How can I rectify the issue?
