I'm planning to build an autonomous lawnmower for my final year dissertation and I'll be using 8052A. The programming language that will be used is embedded C.
Has anyone ever done this project before?

What would the reason be to remember this?
Are you aware how much of the work _you_ must do, to be the creator of this device? The school gives you grades based on _your_ performance solving this problem, not based on how good you are at googling or asking for solutions.
Better schools will even scan web forums to keep track of students who look for too much outside help.
