is there any hardware(not another GSM modem) out there that can recieve sms from a GSM modem and then power up LED Lights and stuff, in another words with outputs on it?
if u dun get what i meant, what im looking for is something similar like a Aplus messenger but wondering if theres other cheaper hardware around that has the same function.

Yes, that is a GSM modem with various extra features added on.
Whatever makes you think that will be cheaper than just buying a GSM modem?!
i had checked the price of it, it cost is on par with a gsm modem but just to know, if a normal gsm modem will be able to send signal/sms to activate devices suchs as LED lights?
