You forgot to mention what processor you have. Never assume that all ARM chips are identical.
Have you looked in the data sheet? It normally has a very good description of the individual bits, i.e. if the processor got a power-on, an external reset on the reset pin, a watchdog reset, a brown-out reset, ...
The data sheet is normally the way to go, if you do want to improve your knowledge.
processor is 2138 and 2124 ,i went through the docs there is only for 4 bits which i can use from this RSIR and i implemented these in my application its working fine ,but i want to use more is there any alteration.

No, the reserved bits have not been given any function by the processor manufacturer. They are servered, telling you not to use them - future processor generations may add definitions for one or more of these bits.
Note however that the four defined bits quite well matches the possible reset sources for most processors.
