Problems with detecting Ulink2 in uVision3

Hello.

I have problems with the detection of the Ulink2 in the uVision IDE. If I go to options->debug->select use ULINK ARM Debugger->Setting in the field Jtag device Chain I have the message "No USB device found".

I have gone through some pages on the keil site which present the solutions for this problem, but in my case they dont work.

I have WindowsXP, SP2. I have the Ulink listed under the HID devices in my device manager, however the driver is not keil's but it says it's microsoft's. When i plug in the ulink2 the leds flash, which would mean that the device is working, and I also have in my device manager the notice, that the Ulink2 device is working properly.

I tried to apply the usb patch file. The patching went through. Then I tried to reinstal the driver as mentioned on the help page with no success, it says it didnt find any new drivers. I also tried to do a manual reinstall, by selecting the keilul.inf from the supplied CD (cant find the file anywhere on my disk, even after the update), but it says "The location doesent contain information about your hardware". Now i'm clueless.

Windows say that the device is working properly but uVision doesent see the ulink. Any suggestions?
