could not stop arm device

I have few problem with communicating with the ULINK debugger with the LPC2468
it keep on displaying the message "could not stop arm device"
i selected the right device settings and tried,so please help me.

Moreover i am using the startup code for MCB2300, Is it any specific startup code for LPC 2468 controller or can i use the same code for this controller
could any one can help me to sort out this problems?
