I use a RS-232 cable and connect the PC com1 with MCB900 to programming the 89LPC21 but got error message as "Unable to connect to the specified boud rate. Try reducing the boud rate. Reset the hardware into ISP mode again." How can I do for above? I'd change the RS-232 cable and reduce boud rate either 2400 or 19200 but still fail. Can somebody help me to fix it? Does it a cable problem? Please advise. TKS!
