Download MDK-ARM 3.11

Hi

I have a Demo board named MCB-STR9
When I try to compile have an error

of

C:...\Keil\ARM\BIN30>armcc.exe
** Segmentation fault

In this forum the solution is

"Download MDK-ARM Version 3.11 !"

I try to download but is request License Number
but I have demo board and demo board not use license number :)

where i can Download MDK-ARM 3.11 ?
