Reprogram AT89C51RD2

Hi!

I'm new with microcontrolers and I must develop a soft for AT89C51RD2. This software must be able to be reprogram from a PC through RS485 while it is running.

I find this www.atmel.com/.../at89c51rd2-fa-uart-1_0_0.zip
but I donÂ't have idea how to apply this example to my problem.
