Is it possible to implement an application like easyweb by using RL-TCP library?

There's a demo of http server named easyweb in the AT91SAM7XEK folder of Keil MDK. The easyweb updates the webpage periodically. Is it possible to implement an application like easyweb which updates the webpage periodically by using RL-TCP library? Thanks.
