hello.c does not work

I'm very new...

I have a XC167 and I tried to use the hello.c code here:

http://www.keil.com/support/docs/2601.htm

but on the Hyperterminal i see only the "H" (anyway, this should mean that HP is set properly)... then it continue printing spaces...

can anyone help?
