HTTP-Demo with RTX-Kernel

I have tried to translate the HTTP-Demo with RTX-Kernel without success, because there should be "RTLTCP.lib" and "RTLCD.lib" in the Library-folder but they aren't. I haven't got these files. Are these files not part of the RL-RTX-package?
