hi..when i tried to configure my project for multiple targets...the scatter file generated did not changed...can anybody tell me to create scatter files for different targets..means RAM,FLASH and external memory..

Are you using the free evaluation version? Doesn't that have limitations regarding scatter files?
I am using the original version...I configured IAP driver supplied by Keil..there in the output folder i saw separate folders for RAM,Flash and external memory and scatter files for each of the options also...How can I create my own project with the same options as in IAP driver project.
