MCB2368 com port 0 problem in downloading.

Hi, I have an MCB2368 board, based on the LPC2368 chip. It is impossible to communicate via com port 0 in order to download firmware into to the chip. I have followed all the instructions mentioned in the MCB2368 CD0ROM. I am using the Flash Magic latest version. With a ULINK device works fine. Please tell me what to do. Thanks.
