DAS Port is in wrong state

I'm getting the error "DAS Port is in wrong state" whenever i try to use or confgure the debug settings for the "Infineon DAS Client for XC16x"

This seems to be a problem releated to the development environment as if i use the "DAS Basic Client" i can see the device is connected and start/stop/reset the development environment.

Has anyone had this problem before as i need to find a way to fix this problem.
