"Can't create file" error with mdk3.04 update

Hello,

I just updated my Keil UV3 with mdk3.04 (UV3 V3.50).

Now whenever I close Keil Uv3 I get the following error:
"Can't create file:'C:\Keil_Arm\ARM\Examples\DHRY\DHRY_Opt.Bak'!"

It doesn't matter what project I open or close they all have the error.
The first time you close a new project, there is no error because it creates a Project.Opt file.
The second time you close a project (after making a change to the project like opening a file) it tries to create a Project_Opt.Bak file but can't and generates the error??

This never happened with UV3 V 3.34 and is very annoying. I even tried turning off the option to create .bak files but it doesn't work.
