hi I read the page described by you. but it does not say how to remove the resistor R37. Also where do I supply the external voltage. I want to drive the board using 9V battery ?? Can please anyone help?

You should use Reply when you want to reply to another post (hence the name) - otherwise, who knows what you're referring to?!

If you can't work out how to remove a resistor, should you be messing about with connecting an external power supply?! :-0
Maybe you just need to give it to a competent hardware person to perform the modifications (removing the resistor and connecting the power supply) for you?
