TcpNet applications (Http ,Telnet) is not working on MCB2300

TcpNet applications (Http ,Telnet) is not working on MCB2300.
I compiled and loaded application(HTTP_demo ) on board but not working. I use RTL RTOS and TcpNet.

Are you using the following pre-configured example:

C:\Keil\ARM\RV30\RTL\Boards\Keil\MCB2300?
