Writing in 0 sector of flash memory of LPC 2144

Dear Sir,

I am not able to write in 0 sector of LPC 2144 using IAP commands. However, I am able to read from and write in 1 to 10 sector of LPC 2144 using IAP commands. Kindly suggest.
