Generate Hex file with Config. data available (UCFG reg.)

Hi,
for the LPC932 device, I wanted to write a code which after building to generate a hex containing the config. data. I used the START900 file, attached to my project and chose : "Use UCFG1 from START900.a51". Despite this, the configuration could not be found in the hex file. Is this option available only when using the EMP900 board for EMulating/Programming? If I want to generate the hex file only (with the configuration info) and then program the micro using Flash Magic, how could I do it?(I do not want to configure the micro from the Flash Magic itself, but the configuration data to be already in the hex file available)
