EFM8 peripheral window empty

Hello,
I'm using an EFM8BB10F8 on the Keil uVision IDE 5.14.2.1
I can debug the custom board I'm using, however I can't see anything in the Peripheral window.
How can I insert the definition file for the microcontroller to the IDE?
