help with print view debug. no oputout.

I followed this guide
www.keil.com/.../ulink2_trace_itm_viewer.htm
and I get no output in the debug view, if I change the coreclock I see garbage in the debug view but at 120.000000 I see nothing. I had this working before. Not sure what also to look for.
