When I tired to download the program the flash, I get the error "No st-link detected". I get the same error when I try to connect with STM32 ST-LINK Utility.Do I have a hardware problem or a driver problem? Please help!
Do you actually have an ST-LINK, or a clone? Did you install device drivers? Can you see the device/drivers in Device Manager?

I have ULINK2. I think Ihave device drivers. But in Device Manager, under Human Interface ... , there is HID .. and two USB devices.No where,I have keil dongle or similar things .
A U-LINK isn't an ST-LINK, they won't find themselves as each other. Pick the U-LINK debugger in the configuration tab in Keil
