How can I use Keil with the Miniwiggler V3? (www.ehitex.de/.../dap-miniwiggler-v3) According to the Documentation it is compatible with Keil. Also my µC is compatible with Keil and Miniwiggler (http://www.keil.com/dd/chip/4748.htm).
However I was not able to set Miniwiggler in Keil as Debug or Flash tool.

There's a link at the bottom of that page to contact Hitex for support - I think that's probably going to be your best bet ...
Hitex are also Keil distributors, trainers, etc - so they should know about both these products ...
Well, actually, the documentation says that Keil is compatible with its predecessor.
Again, I think Hitex would be the people to ask about this ...
