flash magic error

MONICAG gunjalGUNJAL

i am trying to perform stepper motor interfacing with 8051 micro-controller.micro controller board-DYNA-51EB..Hex file is created in keil software.but using flash magic it is not able to transfer hex file in to micro-controller kit..and got error message :unable to communication(in use)ensure no other applications are using the com port.Tru raising or lowering baud rate.
